Shipping Methods We offer reliable shipping through DPD and DHL, or in person delivery where possible. You may also choose to collect your artwork in person.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

- Unframed Artworks: €25
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days

- For international shipping outside of Ireland please contact us and a shipping quote will be provided.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If there are any
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes EDB Studios is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages EDB Studios is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You can add an insurance charge to your order at checkout.
Refund Policy
Returns We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at elizedb@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
